  Room Rates range from $99 to $159 (breakfast is included)

$25.00 per person will be charged beyond double occupancy over the age of 14

Corporate rates available Sunday through Thursday, single occupancy only.

Check-In time is 3:30 pm - 6 pm; Check out 11 am (special times may easily be arranged)

Payment by personal check, cash, travelers check or credit card

Reservations confirmed when payment for the first night's lodging is received within 7 days of your verbal commitment.

During special events weekends a two night minimum stay is required

No smoking is permitted inside

Cancellation Policy: A $25.00 non-refundable deposit per room will be charged to your card at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged to your card (10) ten days prior to your arrival date.
A small Inn such as ours is significantly affected by cancellations and we appreciate your consideration of our cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation (10) ten days or less of your arrival date, we can refund your reservation charge, less the $25.00 non-refundable deposit per room, only if we are able to re-rent the room (we will make every effort to do so.) Longer cancellations policies for multi-room bookings. Cancellations must be made directly by calling and speaking to an innkeeper or by e-mail with a confirmed response.
